Clara Paulk Roberts, 79, of Ocilla, died Wednesday, May 2 at Palemon Gaskins Nursing Home in Ocilla.
Graveside services will be held 2 P.M., Friday, May 4, at Brushy Creek Cemetery in Irwin County, with Elder Paul Thomas officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 Thursday evening at the funeral home in Ocilla.
Mrs. Roberts was born September 25, 1927 in Irwin County, to the late Mark and Rebecca Gray Paulk. She lived in the community all of her life. Mrs. Roberts was a homemaker and former Secretary for the Tax Receiver’s Office. She was a member of Old Valley Grove Primitive Baptist Church.
Mrs. Roberts is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Eulas & Mary Lou Paulk of Ocilla. She was preceded in death by her husband, Quincy Roberts and a brother, Robert M. Paulk.
