Mitchell J.Gardner of Vacaville CA, formerly of Windham NH passed away April 13, 2007 following an automobile accident at age 31. He worked as an operating engineer with Local 3 for 6 years and was a drilling operator, which he was very proud. Mitchell was a very compassionate and loving son who loved to be surrounded by family and friends.
He was the loving and devoted husband of 7 years to Elisabeth (George) Gardner of CA and a great Dad to his 3 year old daughter Sophia. He was eagerly awaiting the birth of another daughter to be named Savannah in July. He was the cherished son and step son of Janice Hennessy and her husband Frank of Windham NH and Mitchell Gardner and his wife Beverly of Northwood NH. He was the dear brother of Laurie Fithian of Derry NH and Alexandria Hennessy of Windham NH. He was the maternal grandson of Marjorie McKenzie and the late William McKenzie Sr. of Stoneham, maternal great grandson of Margret Green of Somerville and paternal grandson of Rita Gardner of Lawrence. Mitchell is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Mass Celebrating Mitchell’s Life on Saturday in St. Patrick’s Church 71 Central St. STONEHAM at 9am. Interment St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Stoneham.
