WORCESTER-Jacqueline M. (Johnson) Carlson, 71, of Worcester died, Friday, April 13th at home. She leaves a daughter, Cheryl L. and her husband, James Fife of Edmonds, WA; a sister, Ruth O’Neil of Worcester; her long time companion R. Paul Nugent and 2 granddaughters, Samantha and Ashley Fife. Her son, Mark E. Carlson and daughter, Deborah A. Carlson died last year.
She was born in Worcester the daughter of Lavon W. and Anna L. (Brown) Johnson and was a graduate of David Hale Fanning Trade School. Mrs. Carlson retired as a technician from Quantum, and later worked at Wal-Mart. Previously she had worked for Smith Valve, Harrington & Richardson and Robbie manufacturing.
The funeral is Tuesday, April 17th with a service at 11:00 AM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park. Calling hours are Monday, April 16th from 6:00 until 8:00 PM in the funeral home.
