Obituary

Pauline (Savage) Ford, 83 of Millis died April 11 in the Maple Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Wrentham. She was the wife of the late James Ford who died in 1978.
Born in Millis, April 6, 1924, the daughter of the late Longin and Caroline (Lubinsky) Saiwecz, Mrs. Ford was a lifelong Millis resident.
Mrs. Ford was a L.P.N. at the former Medfield State Hospital for 27 years.
She was a member of the Millis Bible Study Group. She enjoyed knitting and doing crafts.
She is survived by her sisters, Blanche Ghiringhelli of Hopedale and Evelyn Farrar of PA. She was the sister of the late Albert “Pete” Savage, Edmund “Bill” Savage and John, Walter and Joseph Savage, Elsie Syzmanski, Freida Bickford and Geneva Cirioni. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday April 14 in St. Thomas Church in Millis at 10:00 a.m.
Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery in Millis.
Visitation will be on Saturday from 8:00-9:30 in the Ginley-Crowley Funeral Home (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com.) 3 Barber St. in Medway.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham MA 01701.
