Marvalean Seay was born on August 25, 1942 in Limestone, County, Alabama. She was the daughter of the late Thomas James Morris and Elizabeth Stewart Morris.
Marvalean departed this life on April 3, 2007 at 4:52 p.m. at Crestwood Medical Center.
She was united in holy matrimony in 1976 to the lat Alexander Seay. During their union of thirty-three (33) years, they were blesses with found children.
Marvalean confessed hope in Christ in April of 1998 and joined Saint James Primitive Baptist Church. She was also a devoted member of the "Sunshine Club."
Marvalean leaves to cherish her memories three daughters: Barbara Jordan of Grand Prairie, Texas, Tami Jordan and Karen Seay, both of Huntsville, Alabama; one son, Robert Jordan of Huntsville, Alabama; four loving sisters: Ann Lee Ford, Fannie Morris, Rosie Mae Hewlett and Adell Morris, all of Huntsville, Alabama; seven grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews friends and loved ones.
She will be remembered for her steadfast and unchanging faith in Jesus Christ and her devotion to her family.
Funeral services for Marvalean will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday from the St. James Primitive Baptist Church with Pastor Billy Jones officiating. Interment will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens. The remains of Mrs. Seay will be in the church one hour prior to funeral time.
