Richard P. “Dick” Sullivan, 64 years, died Monday morning at his home after a lengthy illness. Born and raised in Boston he was the son of the late Patrick and Mildred (Anthony) Sullivan. Dick had been a resident of Brockton for the past 35 years and had been employed as a warehouse supervisor at Hermetite of Avon, Aqualeisure of Avon and Double E of West Bridgewater. He enjoyed his CB radio, riding his motorcycle, collecting trains, hunting and fishing, NASCAR racing and was member of the Elks in West Roxbury.
He is survived by his wife Jean M. (Deslauriers) (Butler) Sullivan, a stepson John Butler of Mesa, AZ, a daughter Phyllis Speed of St. Johnsbury, VT, a son Richard Stone of Quincy, a sister Patricia Marois of Cape Cod, a brother James Sullivan, several grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
