Harley A. Stiles, 80 died, Saturday March 31st at his home, after a brief illness. He was the son of the late James and Vida E. (Bushy) Stiles.
Harley was born in New Bedford and was brought up in Brockton, before moving to Whitman 20 years ago.
He was a Veteran of the United States Navy during WWII.
He worked as a self employed sign and display painter before going to work, at the Parker Express as a maintenance worker for many years.
He is survived by his daughters and their husbands Gail Demonico and her husband Anthony of Norton, Nancy Munies and her husband John of West Yarmouth and Sandra Bourne and her husband Edward of North Easton; his sisters, Martha Hammerquist of Wellfleet and Barbara Donnelly of Everston, IL. He was also the father of the late Cheryl Foley.
His private graveside service will be at a later date in the MA V.A. National Cemetery in Bourne, MA. Arrangements by the Blanchard Funeral Chapel. www.blanchardfc.com
