Vickie Diane Holloway Lindsey, 54, of Moultrie, died Monday, April 2, 2007, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 5, 2007, 11:00 a.m. at New Elm Baptist Church Cemetery in Moultrie, Georgia. Rev. Allen Tillman will officiate with burial to follow in New Elm Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Scott Lindsey, Lee Lindsey, Brian Cook, Ryan Hancock, Justin Hancock, Russell Pritchard and Larry Hall. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 4, 2007, from 7:00 to 9:00 0p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Ms. Lindsey was born on February 21, 1953 in Moultrie and was the daughter of Glen Holloway and Betty Ray Holloway of Moultrie. She was employed as a packer at Sanderson Farms in Moultrie and was a member of New Elm Baptist Church in Colquitt County. She had lived in Moultrie for 15 years. She was preceded in death by one son, John Paul Priddy, who died on July 3, 2006.
In addition to her parents, Ms. Lindsey is survived by her husband, Troy Lindsey of Moultrie; three sons, Bill Kirksey of Warner Robins, Lee Lindsey of Adel, and Scott Lindsey of Baconton; two daughters, Marianne Priddy Freeman of Moultrie and Renee Hall of Norman Park; two brothers, Larry Glenn Holloway of Sasser and Anthony Mark Holloway of Moultrie; two sisters, Linda Gail Munson of Oklahoma and Peggy Larue Smith of North Carolina; 10 grandchildren' and three great grandchildren.
