Seelye of Nashua, NH formerly of Bridgewater and Brockton, Mass. March 30, 2007, Leo P. Seelye, 85 years. Husband of the late Mary E. (McKenney) Seelye. Father of Paul E. Seelye and his wife Judy of Amherst, NH and the late Jean Doulette. Father in law of Robert Doulette. Grandfather of Michael Seelye, Jennifer Nickerson, Amy Cassidy, Robert Doulette, Lisa MacDougal and Kristen Madeira. Also survived by eight great grandchildren.

Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont Street, (Rte123) Brockton Monday at 8am. Funeral Mass in St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Bridgewater at 9am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Obituary

Leo P. Seelye, 85 years, died unexpectedly Friday at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua, New Hampshire. He was the husband of the late Mary E. (McKenney) Seelye. He was born and raised in Brockton, one of nine children of the late F. Stillman and Mary A. (Pendergrass) Seelye and was graduated of Brockton High School. For the past three years Mr. Seelye had been a resident of Nashua Crossing in Nashua, NH. Previously he had lived in Bridgewater and Brockton. During WW II he served in the Navy in the Pacific Theatre.
Mr. Seelye retired as a supervisor at New England Telephone after many years. Previous he had been a detective for the Brockton Police Department specializing in criminal photography.
Mr. Seelye enjoyed photography and woodworking.
