William M. McIver, 45, died Saturday March 24th, in the New England Medical Center in Boston, after a period of failing health.
Born in Stoughton, he was the son of Shirley (Fields) McIver and the late Michael McIver.
William was a resident of Abington, for many years and attended Abington Schools.
He was a crane operator for a construction company for 10 years.
William collected motorcycle memorabilia, enjoyed the computer and was a very generous man with a great sense of humor.
He is survived by his son William McIver , Jr. of Londonderry, NH; his mother Shirley (Fields) McIver of Abington, his brothers and sisters Shawn McIver of Abington ,Mark McIver of Pembroke, Michele Singelais of Manchester, NH, and Nicole Tierney of South Attleboro; also two uncles and 10 nieces and nephews. He was also the son of the late Michael McIver.
His Funeral will be held Friday March 30th at 8:00 P.M., in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Route 58 at the Rotary Circle) Whitman. Burial will be at a later date.
