Leopold G. Mailhot, 86, of Manchester died March 23, 2007 at Catholic Medical Center after a brief illness.
Born in Manchester on November 14, 1920, he was the son of Eliud and Antoinette (Begin) Mailhot. He lived in Manchester most of his life and in California many years.
During World War II he served in the US Navy.
Mr. Mailhot worked as a carpenter for many years.
The family includes three sisters, Claire Gendron, Rita Bruneau and Therese Bryant all of Manchester and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial mass of Christian burial was held Tuesday March 27, 2007 at St. Marie Church, 378 Notre Dame Ave., Manchester. Committal prayers followed at Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester was in charge of arrangements.
