
Mary Taylor Pearson, age 82, died Wednesday, March 21, 2007, at Yalobusha County Nursing Home in Water Valley, MS. Mrs. Pearson was born in Kansas City, MO to the late Issac Cylton and Myrtle Shelly Taylor. She was the wife of the late Bud Pearson. She was a homemaker who worked with the Boy Scouts as a den mother and she was a Baptist.
The visitation will be held Thursday, March 22, 2007 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Seven Oaks Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held in Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks Funeral Home on Friday, March 23, 2007 at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. John Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in Drivers Flat Cemetery in Calhoun County with Joe Schwinn, Jr, David Burlison, Andrew Schwinn, Chris Baldwin, James Baldwin, Corey Pearson, and Matt Sanders serving as pallbearers.Honorary pallbearers are John Franklin, James Stricklin and Amar Amar.
Mrs. Pearson is survived by three daughters, Shirley Sanders of Oxford, MS, Carol Baldwin of Drew, MS and Casey Thornton of Bartlett, TN; four sons, Joe Schwinn of Horn Lake, MS, Eddie Schwinn of Courtland, MS, Chuck Schwinn of Water Valley, MS and Grady Pearson of Cleveland, MS; one sister, Doris Posey of Pheba, MS; 17 grandchildren; and 31 great grandchildren.
Along with her husband and parents, a daughter, Bonnie Lee Schwinn, preceded Mrs. Pearson in death.
