Obituary

Worcester – Roy Fraser Jr., 84, of Worcester died on Saturday March 17, in the Hermitage Nursing Home after an illness.

Mr. Fraser is survived by three sons David R. Fraser, Paul A. Fraser and Roy Fraser III all of Holden; 7 grandchildren and several nephews and nieces. Mr. Fraser was born in East Providence, RI son of Roy Fraser Sr. and Winifred (Mahoney) Fraser and is predeceased by two brothers Alexander and David Fraser and two sisters Margaret Healey and Dorothy Fraser.

Mr. Fraser is a veteran of the United States Army Air Corps serving in New Guniae for 3 ½ years during World War II.

Mr. Fraser owned and operated Fraser Insurance Agency for 45 years and retired in 1980. He attended Clark University and Boston University of Insurance. He was a member of the Worcester Insurance Board of Underwriters and the Chaffins Mens Club.

Private funeral services will be held at a later date with burial in Pine Grove Cemetery in Spencer. Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. Worcester is directing arrangements.
