Obituary

Salem, MA: Frank J. Leosz age 85 of Salem, MA, died Thursday morning, March 15, 2007 at the Oxford Nursing Home in Haverhill following a long illness. He was the husband of the late Eunice A. (Ouellette) Leosz.
Born and raised in Ipswich, he was the son of the late William and Josephine (Bujak) Leosz. A veteran of W.W. II, he served in France and central Europe with the Army. Following the war, he returned to Ipswich and worked as a packer for Hygrade-Sylvania in Ipswich. Married to Eunice in 1946, the couple settled in Salem, MA where he worked in security for several businesses including the Salem Country Club. In the 1980’s he also worked as a night clerk for a motel on Route I. He retired in 1987.
Frank loved golf and was a regular at the Happy Valley Golf Course in Lynn.
He is survived by a daughter Kathleen J. Leosz of Salem, 2 sons: Ronald F. Leosz of Salem and David N. Leosz and his wife Ruth of Salem, NH. Frank was especially devoted to his 3 grandchildren: Erin & Brian Leosz both of Salem, NH, Heather Leosz of Somerville, MA and is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to his visiting hours on Sunday, March 18, 2007 from 5 to 8 pm in the Levesque Funeral Home, 163 Lafayette St., [Rt. 114 / 1-A] Salem, Massachusetts. His funeral service and burial service will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Northshore, 10 Elm St., Danvers, MA 01923.
