FALL RIVER - Idalina M. Cunha, 88, of 495 New Boston Rd., formerly of High St. Fall River and Moffitt Ave. Somerset, died Monday in Fall River at Kimwell Nursing Home. Wife of the late Armano Cunha. She is survived by 1 Sister: Olivia Geraldes of Fall River, Several Nieces and Nephews. She was the sister of the late Jose Dias Pereira
Born in Sao Miguel, Azores, the daughter of the late Jose Dias Pereira and the late Maria dó Carmo (Rezendes) Pereira. She was a resident of Fall River since 1948. Before retiring in 1971, she was a Sewing Machine Operator for for 12 years at Justerfield in Fall River.
Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, 1521 No. Main St., Fall River, MA on Thursday at 10 A.M., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Michael Church at 11 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery. Calling Hours on Wednesday 6-8 P.M.
