
BEVERLY: Brenda S. (Lang) Hill, 62, formerly of Oceanview at Ellis Square, died Thursday, February 1, 2007 in the Radius Healthcare Center at Danvers following an extended illness.
Born in Granville, MA on April 18, 1944, she was the daughter of the late George and Lillian (Boucher) Lang. She was a lifelong resident of Beverly and had attended Beverly public schools.
Brenda was employed as a tester at EG & G in Salem for over twenty years. She had also once worked as a hairdresser and at the Dunkin Donuts in North Beverly.
She is survived by a daughter, Paula J. LoVasco, a son-in-law, Thomas LoVasco both of Beverly, three sons, George T. Hill of Hawaii, daughter-in-law, Lisa Hill of Salem, Capt. Stephen D. Hill, U.S. Army and his wife, Kymber, stationed at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri and Ray D. Hill of Hawaii, five grandchildren, Nicholas and Jenna LoVasco, Cameron, Mackenzie and Aaron Hill, three sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara and Carl Cyr of Peabody, Florence and Achille Leone, Jr. of Everett and Marjorie and Neil Cole of Hamilton and several nieces and nephews.
The Rev. Brian Miller, Pastor of the Dane Street Congregational Church will officiate at funeral services to be held on Tuesday in the Grondin Funeral Home, 376 Cabot Street, Beverly at 10 A.M. Visiting hours will be held in the funeral home on Monday evening from 5 – 8 P.M. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the PACE Program, 100 Cummings Center, Suite 109D, Beverly, MA 01915. Interment will be held in the Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, W. Peabody.
