Warren J. Lambert, 85, of Mattapoisett died Friday March 9, 2007 at Boston Medical Center after a brief illness. He was the husband of the late Virginia (Reynolds) Lambert and the late Margaret (Conway) Lambert.
Born in Lincoln, Rhode Island, the son of the late Benjamin and Agnes (Sterritt) Lambert, he lived in North Attleboro for most of his life before moving to Mattapoisett 14 years ago.
Mr. Lambert was formerly as a shipping supervisor at Leach & Garner in Attleboro until his retirement.
Survivors include a daughter, Donna M. Schuyler and her husband Gary of Mattapoisett; a stepdaughter, Jan Livingston of San Francisco, CA; a brother, William Lambert and his wife Claire of North Attleboro; two grandsons, Matthew and Timothy Schuyler of Mattapoisett; three stepgrandchildren, Shay, Brooke, and Kurt Livingston; and several nieces and nephews.
He was the father of the late Carol Lambert, stepfather of the late Jeff Livingston, and brother of the late Benjamin Lambert, Mary Cassidy, and Virginia Scriven.
His Memorial Service will be held on Monday at 11 AM at the Long Plain United Methodist Church, 1215 Main St., Acushnet. Visiting hours will be on Sunday from 4-6 PM at the Saunders-Dwyer Mattapoisett Home for Funerals, 50 County Rd., Route 6, Mattapoisett.
