Obituary

Rita M. Longchamps, 85, of Manchester, died March 7, 2007 at her home after a short illness.
She was born in Manchester the daughter of Adelmore and Roseanna (Lavoie) Senneville.
She attended local schools and was a lifelong resident of Manchester. She was a communicant of St Anthony Church.
She was predeceased by her husband Alfred L. Longchamps in 1998 and two daughters Janet A. Longchamps in 1975 and Susan L. Longchamps in 1978.
Rita loved spending time with her family, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed listening to music, sewing, and crafts. She has now gone home to be with her “Sweet Jesus”.
Members of her family include five daughters, Jeannine Desrosiers, Claire Curtis, Celeste D’Innocenzo and Diane Bradley, all of Manchester, Linda Dillon of Candia; three sons, Paul Longchamps of Tampa, FL, Denis Longchamps of Gilmanton, NH, and Ronald Longchamps of Jupiter, FL; eighteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one brother, Richard Senneville of Manchester; three sisters, Theresa Paris of Manchester, Martha Boisvert of Hollywood, FL, and Claire Constant of Litchfield; nephews, nieces, and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Monday March 12, 2007 at St Anthony of Padua Church, 172 Belmont St. Burial followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
