CIULLA, Julia (Botka)- Of Chelsea, March 6th. Devoted wife of the late Anthony Ciulla. Beloved mother of Leo Ciulla and his wife Jane of Middleton, Frank Ciulla and his wife Cathleen of Stoneham and Lillian Ciulla of Chelsea. Sister of Alec and Anna Botka both of Chelsea, John Botka of Revere and the late Frank and Peter Botka, Stella Badowski and Eugenia Walczak. Cherished grandmother of Abigal Ingemi, Stephanie Carlson and Danielle Ciulla. Also lovingly survived by her great grandchildren Keyani Ciulla, Olivia, Sophia and Nicholas Ingemi and Devon Carlson as well as many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral from the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, CHELSEA on Friday morning, March 9th at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Service in The Nativity of the Virgin Mary Orthodox Church, 8 Addison Street, CHELSEA at 10 o'clock. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Thursday from 4-8 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
A lifelong member of the Chelsea community, Julia, at 91 years of age, passed away at the Chelsea Jewish Nursing Home Tuesday evening, where she had been receiving supportive care. A wonderful woman devoted to her family and church, she was also a member of the Womans Guild.
