Paul C. Horton, of Needham died on Sunday, February 18th at the Newton Wellesley Alzheimer’s Center in Wellesley. He was 75. Born in New York City, he was the son of the late Charles H. and Madeline (Cahill) Horton. Paul attended Norwich University until entering the U.S. Army. He was a veteran of the Korean War. Paul worked for the Town of Needham Engineering Department, as a civil engineer, for 30 years until he retired in 1985. The beloved husband of 50 years to Francesca Elaine (Smith), he was the loving father of Kimberly F. Koepfler and her husband James of Attleboro, Leslie Anne Horton of Keene, NH and Suzzanne C. Cahill of Needham. Brother of Gerard F. Horton of Florida. A Memorial Service will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Ave Needham on Saturday March 10th at 11:00 AM. Visiting hours will be held on Saturday from 10-11 AM prior to the service. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Needham Cemetery.
