Mary A. (Sanfilippo) Rizzotto, age 97, of Medford died Saturday in the Saints Memorial Hospital Lowell, after a brief illness.
Mrs. Rizzotto was born in Riesi, Sicily, and was the daughter of the late Ercole and the late Sigismonda (Cigna) Sanfilippo.
Mary lived most of her life in Medford and was very active in the Santa Maria Lodge of the Medford Sons of Italy.
Beloved wife of the late Hon. Guy J. Rizzotto. Devoted mother of John C. and his wife Trudy of Tewkesbury. Loving grandmother of Lisa Cagnetto, Lynda King,and Joanne McKay all of Tewkesbury. Also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Tuesday at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Raphael Church, 514 High Street, Medford, at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Monday 4 thru 8.
Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
