Lydia “Jill” Camerio, 85, of Falmouth, formerly of Medford, died Friday in the Royal Neganset Nursing Home, Falmouth after a lengthy illness.
Born and raised in South Boston, she was the daughter of the late Manuel and the late Lydia (Soares) Dias. In addition to caring for her family, Mrs. Camerio worked for many years with the Shawmut Bank. She lived more than fifty years in Medford.
Beloved wife of the late Louis N. Camerio. Devoted mother of Patricia Moschella of Medford and Anthony Camerio of Falmouth. Loving grandmother of Donna Bourque, Louis Moschella, Lisa and Heather Camerio. Also survived by 5 great grandchildren. Sister of Francis Dias of Dedham and the late Hilda, Mary and Louis Dias.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Monday at 7:45 AM. Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Raphael Church, 514 High Street, Medford, at 8:45 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Sunday 4 thru 8.
Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
