Mrs. Lula P. Dancy, 58, passed away on Monday at Huntsville Hospital.
Mrs. Dancy leaves to cherish her precious memories a devoted husband, Mr. Willie T. Dancy; two loving daughters, Sandra F. Stewart and Ursula F. Duncan; five grandchildren, Braeden, Brandon and Sydnee Stewart and Kennedy and Parker Duncan; her father-in-law, Willie E. Dancy; eight sisters, Betty Sanders, Caulyne Cosby, Katie McGhee, Ruth Kirby, Elnora Holly, Gwendolyn Ragland, Truelove Sandifer, and Nettie Johnson; five brothers, Tom, James Willie, Phillip, Woodrow, Jr. and Gara Louis Troupe; five brother-in-laws, three sisters-in-law and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Mrs. Dancy will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday from the Bethlehem P. B. Church with Reverend Joe Cater officiating. Interment will be in Ragland Cemetery with Nelms Memorial Funeral Home handling the services. The Dancy family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday from the funeral home. The remains of Mrs. Dancy will be in the church one hour prior to funeral time.
