Obituary

Work, Margaret P. (Pershing), of Plymouth, 87, on February 18th at the Newfield House in Plymouth. Beloved wife of the late Joe B. Work, she is survived by her daughters Susan Crabill and her husband Mark of Palm Coast, FL and Shawn Stokes and her husband Robert of Marshfield. She also leaves her grandchildren Robert P. Stokes, Kara L. Stokes and Christina Daignault and 3 great grandchildren. Mother of the late Sandra Work. A memorial service will be held at a later date. There are no visiting hours. Arrangements made by the Richard Davis Funeral Homes of Plymouth and Manomet. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Division of Development & the Jimmy Fund, 10 Brookline Place West, Floor 6, Brookline, MA 02445-9924.

Residence: lived in Plymouth since 1980 coming from Maryland
Hobbies: an accomplished artist, she enjoyed oil painting and has some of her works in the Washington Grove Town Hall and in private homes and other institutions in the Washington DC and Plymouth areas, knitting and gardening, she was an avid Celtics and Patriots fan
Memberships: an active member of the 2nd Church of Plymouth in Manomet where she was also a deacon
