Mrs. Helen Davis Strong was born on February 18, 1946 to the late Clara and Henry Davis in Huntsville, Alabama. She was called to eternal rest on September 20, 2006.
She accepted Christ as her personal savior at Union Chapel, under the pastorage of Reverend L. F. Lacy. She later became a member of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, under the pastorage of Pastor Wallace D. Steele.
She leaves to cherish her memories one daughter, Danielle Strong of Huntsville, Alabama; two sons: Johnnie G. Strong of Montgomery, Alabama and Marvelle A. Davis of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; a granddaughter that she raised, Cheree’y Strong and a host of other grandchildren; two sisters: Mary Williams of Decatur, Alabama and Mary Fletcher of Huntsville, Alabama; two brothers: Columbus (Edna Pearl) Davis and Henry Davis, both of Huntsville, Alabama and life long friends: Viola, Ada, and Joann. She never ever forget you.
