Pacheco-M. Helen (McGlory) Pacheco 90 of Malden, passed away on February 13th, 2007 at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford. She was the beloved wife of the late Manuel M. Pacheco; the devoted mother of M. Bernadine “Bernie” Keefe of Malden and the late Janet A. Kennedy. She was also the loving mother-in-law of the late Robert V. Keefe and the late Robert E. Kennedy; the cherished grandmother of Shelby J. Kennedy and her partner Renee’ Ancora of Durham, NC and Sharon E. Kennedy of Lenox and was the dear sister of Edwina Hertach of Newtonville. Helen has been a resident of Malden since 1953 and was previously a resident of Wakefield and Watertown. She retired as a Claims Adjuster from the John Hancock Life Insurance Company in Boston where she worked for several years. She is also a former owner and operator of the Middlesex Bedding Company in Medford and the former owner and operator of the Dolphin Motel in West Yarmouth. Helen was a long time parishioner at St. Peter’s Parish in Malden. Funeral from the A.J. Breslin & Son Funeral Home, 610 Pleasant St., Malden at Medford line on Saturday Feb. 17th at 8 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church in Malden at 9 AM. Relatives & friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 4-8 PM. Interment in St. Patricks Cemetery in Stoneham.
