SALEM - Jennie F. (Drabinowicz) Moore, 90, of Salem, wife of the late James P. Moore, died Wednesday morning, Feb. 14, 2007, at the Grosvenor Park Nursing Home, Salem, following a brief illness.
Born in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Florian & Theresa Drabinowicz.
For many years, Mrs. Moore assisted her late husband in the office of his business, J. P. Ice & Oil, of Salem.
A lifelong resident of Salem, she was a Cub Scout den mother during the 1950's. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting.
She is survived by one daughter & son-in-law, Peggy & Robert Tondreault of Beverly, one son & daughter-in-law, Raymond & Linda Moore of Byfield, 5 grandchildren, Robert Moore of Concord, NH, Donald Moore of Ft. Worth, Texas, James Moore of W. Newfield, ME, Linda Iwanicki of Londonderry, NH, Eileen LeBlanc of Beverly, 3 great grandchildren, Joshua & Dylan LeBlanc of Beverly, Michelle Iwanicki of Londonderry, NH and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late William & Benjamin Drabinowicz, Helen McDonald and Anna Bennett.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, Feb. 16, 2007 at 11 am at the St. John The Baptist Church, Salem. A visitation will be held Friday prior to the Mass, from 9 am to 10:30 AM at the Full-Spychalski Funeral Home, 84 Washington Square East, by Salem Common, Salem.
