Obituary

TAUNTON - Rita Yvette (Cadieux) St. Pierre,83, of 151 School St., Taunton, Ma. formerly of 57 Chesworth St., Fall River, died Wednesday at home. She was the wife of the late Lionel J. St. Pierre. She is survived by One Son: William St. Pierre of Fall River; Two Daughters: Yvette Pacheco of Brooksville, FL. and Theresa Cross of Taunton, MA.; Three Brothers: Norman Cadieux of Port Charlotte, FL., Alban “Al” Cadieux of Fall River, MA. and Lionel Cadieux of Dartmouth, MA.; One Sister: Jeannette Arsenault of Fall River, MA.; Five Grandchildren, One Late Grandson; and Several nieces and nephews. She was also mother of the late Lionel “Butch” St. Pierre, Jr., and sister the late William and Edward Cadieux, and Irene Payer.

Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Wilfred Cadieux and the late Mabel(Gadboury) Cadieux. Prior to the last two years in Taunton, she was a life long resident of Fall River. Before retiring, she was a Sewing Machine Operator at Bedford Mfg. She was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post, and a member of Notre Dame Church.

Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, 1521 No. Main St. on Saturday at 8:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Notre Dame Church, Eastern Ave., at 9:00 A.M. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours Friday 4-8 PM.
