Marion F. Gilson, 93, in Smithfield, RI, died on February 13th. She was the wife of the late William Lloyd Gilson, and mother of the late Carol G. Andree. Born in New Haven, CT, she was the daughter of Irving and Gertrude Fowles. She was a secretary at Yale Medical School, and also worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. She was a lifelong member of the Old Stone Church in E. Haven, CT.
She is survived by her son Robert L. Gilson and his wife Pamela of Smithfield, RI, three grandchildren; Mark, Matthew, and Meredith, and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at 11:00am in the W. S. Clancy Funeral, 43 Kirkham Avenue, East Haven, CT
