Funeral services for LuAnn Hobby Swofford, 64, of Livingston, Texas will be held Thursday, February 15, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at Harmony Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Harmony Cemetery. Mrs. Swofford died Friday in Livingston Texas following an extended illness.
Mrs. Swafford was born in Turner County and was the daughter of the late Curtis M. and Ella Mae Guess Hobby. She was a retired school teacher, adoption counselor and homemaker. She was of the Episcopal faith.
Mrs. Swofford is survived by her husband, William F. Swofford, Sr., Livingston, Texas,; her children: Dr. William F. Swofford, Jr., Colquitt, Ga. and Leigh S. Mette’, Jacksonville, Fl. She is also survived by one Brother, Wendell Hobby, Ashburn,Ga. and nine grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Perry Funeral Chapel.
