Mary B. (Fatalo) Pacifici, of Medford, died Wednesday at Courtyard Nursing Care Center, Medford. She was 96.
Mrs. Pacifici was born in Boston, raised in East Boston and a graduate of Fitton Central High School in East Boston. She has lived in Medford for over 60 years. Mary was the daughter of the late Rosina (Cangiano) and Joseph Fatalo. She was a retired Bookkeeper, employed in the Book Bindery industry for many years.
She was the wife of the late Dedo Pacifici. She was the sister of the late Julia A. Ruggiero and Thomas E. Cuocco. Loving aunt to Maryann Ruggiero of East Boston, Anthony J. Ruggiero of North Carolina, Rosemarie Maloney of Chelmsford and Thomas Cuocco of North Attleboro. She was the great-aunt of Amy and Beth of North Carolina. She was a beloved Godmother to Lucille Fournier of Saugus. She was adear cousin to Jane Filadoro Davenport of Wakefield. She also leaves several other nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be offered in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St. Medford, Monday at 9 AM. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit, Sunday from 3 thru 6 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford.
