Grandfather of Lyndsey, Matthew, Christopher and Abby Ballard, Samantha, Paige and Alexis Nye, Anthony Martins Jr., Brian Cooper Jr., Derek Creney and the late Alyssa Ballard.
Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street, (Rte 123) Brockton Wednesday at 9am. Funeral Mass in St. Colman Church at 10am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Obituary Information
Mr. Crowley died Saturday at his home in Brockton after a brief illness. Born and raised in Brockton, he was the son of the late Kenneth T. and Rena Y. (DeGara) Crowley. He had been a lifelong resident of Brockton. Graduate of Brockton High School, class of 1953. In 1960 he enlisted in the Army National Guard of Massachusetts and served for three years. He had been employed in the electrical wholesale industry for over 40 years, and until his illness, he had been employed by Ballard and Ballard Development. He enjoyed his home, working on home projects, his children, family and his yearly trip to Aruba. He was a communicant of St. Colman Church.
He is survived by his wife Judith A. (Gillen) Crowley, one son Thomas H. Crowley of Brockton, three daughters Laureen A. Ballard of East Bridgewater, Teri Crowley-Nye of East Bridgewater, and Shannon M. Creney of Rockland, ten grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, two sisters June Sabina of Yarmouth and Patricia Rix of West Bridgewater. He was the husband of the late Joan M. (Boss) Crowley, and grandfather of the late Alyssa Ballard.
