Jason S. Stowers, age 33, died in Boston at the Brigham and Womens Hospital January 30, 2007 after a brief illness. Born in Cambridge, Jason was the devoted son of Joanne Marie (Palmisano) and Scottie Stowers of Melrose.
Jason has been a Medford resident for the last 29 years. A graduate of Medford High School, class of 1991, he went on to Salem State College and graduated with a degree in accounting. During college Jason worked for the Millipore Company in Burlington. Jason enjoyed his extended family and his many friends and spent many weekends laughing in there company.
In addition to his loving parents Jason is survived by his brothers, Donald Sparks and his wife Kim of Nantucket, James Stowers of Melrose, Joshua Stowers of West Virginia and the late Scottie Sparks. A loving sister Karen Almeida and her husband Bazana of Brazil. Dear uncle to Michael, Richard, Kevin and Natasha. Beloved grandson of Helen (Ruth) Palmisano of Medford the late Salvatore J. Palmisano, Minerva (Vannatter) and Arthur Stowers. Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
A funeral service will be held at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Monday at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
