Obituary

Evelyn C. (Ambrosini) Dibbern, 86, died Sunday Evening at the Guardian Center in Brockton after a long period of failing health. She was the wife of the late William A. Dibbern. Born in Taunton, she was a graduate of Stoughton Schools. She worked as an Office Clerk for Morse Shoe in Canton for several years. She later worked at Verdi Shoe in Stoughton and also at Franklin Sporting Goods in Stoughton. In her free time, Evelyn enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking, home decorating, traveling and animals.

She is survived by her sisters, Dorothy Dolbeare of Braintree and Carol Lipper of FL. She was predeceased by her husband William A., her son William H. and her siblings, John Ambrosini, Joseph Ambrosini Jr., Harold Ambrosini, Kenneth Ambrosini, Ella Kennedy and Sally Mann. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Graveside Services will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Washington St., (Rte 138) Stoughton on Wednesday, February 1 at 11 AM. Visiting Hours Omitted. Donations in Evelyn’s name may be made to MSPCA, 1300 West Elm St., Ext., Brockton, 02301. Arrangements by Farley Funeral Home, Inc.
