Norman A. Boisse, Sr., 86 of Windham, NH died Monday, January 22, 2007 in the Parkland Medical Center, Derry, NH. Mr. Boisse was born in Pawtucket, R.I. on February 11, 1919 a son of the late Joseph and Victoria (Thibault) Boisse. He was a longtime resident of Wakefield, MA and Davenport, FL prior to living in Londonderry and Windham, NH. He served with the US Army during WWII and was a member of the American Legion Post 0007 in Rochester, NH. He was employed as a truck driver for Gormley Motor Trans in Medford, MA for several years.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Margaret (Cruickshank) Boisse of Windham; his son, Norman A. Boisse, Jr. of Merrimack, NH; his daughter, Carol A. Bannister of Londonderry; 18 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Doris Dubuc and Juliette Levesque both of Attleboro, MA; one stepdaughter, Susan Boutchie of S. San Fransisco, CA; one stepson, Leo McKenna of Idaho; also several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his daughter, Elaine D. Biron in 2002.
Calling hours are Sunday, January 28th from 3 – 5pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Monday in St. Jude Parish, 435 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. Burial will be in Forest Glade Cemetery, Wakefield.
