AUBURN: Shirley L. (Gregory) Morrill, 71, of 4 Murray Ave., died Tuesday,
Jan. 23 at her home.
She leaves her husband of 51 years, Herbert L. Morrill, two daughters
Kathryn M. Hosseinzadeh and her husband Fred of Sweden and Karen M. Williams
and her husband Robert of Atlanta, Ga., a grandson Scott L. Williams, four
granddaughters Ashley L. and Amanda L. Hosseinzadeh, Sarah L. and Sabrina L.
Williams, a sister Bernice Rich of Auburn, a brother Robert Gregory of
Spencer, nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Morrill graduated from David Prouty High School in Spencer and was a
member of No.American Martyrs Parish in Auburn. She once worked as a
supervisor for State Mutual Assurance Co. in Worcester for 14 years.
Born in Spencer, she was the daughter of Clarence and Irene (Cournoyer)
Gregory and lived in Spencer before moving to Auburn in 1983.
The funeral will be held Thursday, Jan. 25 from the J.HENRI MORIN & SON
FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer with a Mass at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of
the Rosary Church, 7 Church St., Spencer. Burial will follow in Pine Grove
Cemetery, Spencer. A calling hour will precede the funeral on Thursday from
8:45 to 9:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to UMASS
