He was preceded in death by his parents, Franklin Brooks Watkins and Edna Mae Blue; 2 Sons: John Wayne Watkins and Roger Lynn Watkins; 2 Sisters: Etoyle Mitchell and Pauline Skinner; and 1 brother, William Morris Watkins.
Services will be held Tuesday, January 23, 2007 at 11:00 at Pryor Funeral Home with burial in New Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 5-8.
