Obituary

Paul F. Gould, 70, of Chester, NH, died Wednesday, January 17, 2007 in the Concord Hospice House. Mr. Gould was born in Allenstown, NH on November 30, 1936, a son of the late Fredrick and Lydia (Valley) Gould. He was a resident of Chester for the past 42 years, formerly living in Allenstown. He attended Pembroke Academy in Pembroke, NH. Mr. Gould was a member of the Air National Guard. He had been employed as a truck driver for Maislin Transportation in Manchester, NH for 25 years, and was a member of the Teamsters Union. He had also worked for Sears in the warehouse. Mr. Gould volunteered with the Chester Fire Dept., and was an avid cribbage player.
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie A. (Sullivan) Gould of Chester; three sons, David Gould of New Port Richey, FL, William Gould and Joseph Gould both of Chester; one daughter, Pamela Gagnon of Manchester; six grandchildren; one sister, Elizabeth Gould of Manchester; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call on Friday, January 19th from 5 to 8pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, NH. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:00am in St. Paul's Church, Main St., Candia, NH. Private burial will be in the Great Hill Cemetery in Chester.
