Husband of Marjorie Mary (Carreiro) Couse. Residence 907 Rock St., Fall River, MA 02720. Died Monday at St. Anne’s Hospital, Fall River. Born in Warren, PA. Son of the late Clinton Couse and the late Althea (Tripp)Couse.
He was a Fall River resident for 41 years. He was a graduate of Roger Williams University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He was a veteran of the US Navy. He was employed as a Senior Engineer for the Trident Submarine Project at General Dynamics Electric Boat in Middletown, RI.He was a parishioner of St. Joseph Church, N. Main St., Fall River.
Besides his Wife, he is survived by 1 Son: Richard Clinton Couse of Fall River. 1 Daughter: Victoria J. Vital of New Bedford. 2 Brothers:Clinton and Lawrence Couse both of PA. 5 Sisters: Sandy Darr, Sue Werick, Marjorie Savitz, Margaret Yeager and Lori Dee Atwell, all of PA. Many Nieces and Nephews.
His funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 1521 N. Main St., Fall River Friday at 9 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph Church, N. Main St. at 10 A.M. Cremation to follow. Calling hours Thursday 5-9 P.M.
