Eunice T. (Ines Gori) Maguire Smith, 95, of Franklin formerly of Dedham entered into rest January 12, 2007 with her family by her side. Beloved wife of the late Francis Maguire Sr. and Robert Smith.
Eunice was born in Italy in 1911 and was the daughter of the late Vincent and Amelia (Albiani) Gori. She worked for many years as a cashier in the restaurant business. She had previously lived in Dedham for 45 years before relocating to Franklin where she has lived for several years.
She is survived by her three children, Francis T. Maguire Jr. and his wife Shirley of Foxboro, Joseph Maguire and his wife Louise of Dunellen, NJ and Mary Maguire Brunton and her husband Will of Mansfield. She also leaves nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and a sister, Edith Miller of Dedham.
Her funeral will be held from the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St., Dedham, on Wednesday at 8:00 Am with a funeral mass in St. Mary’s Church, Dedham, at 9:00 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment will follow in New Calvary Cemetery, Mattapan. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
