Obituary

Allison M. Corf, 19, of Litchfield, NH, died Monday, January 8, 2007 in the Children's Hospital, Boston, MA. Allison was born in Derry, NH on February 13, 1987, a daughter of Michael J. and Patricia A. (McCarthy) Corf, and was a lifelong resident of Litchfield. She was a graduate of Campbell High School in Litchfield, Class of 2005, where she was involved in sports, a member of the National Honor Society and was vice president of the Band. Allison was currently enrolled at Keene State College where she was involved in a campus based outreach program against violence. She was an avid Red Sox and sports fan, and enjoyed music, people, the ocean and the lake.
In addition to her parents of Litchfield; she is survived by her sister, Michelle Corf of Litchfield; her maternal grandparents, William and Mary McCarthy of Quincy, MA; her paternal grandfather, John Corf and his wife Beatrice of Winchester, MA; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her paternal grandmother, Patricia Corf.
Friends called on Thursday, January 11th from 4 - 8pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry, NH. A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Friday at 10:00am in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 9 St. Francis Way, Litchfield. The burial was in the Pine Grove Cemetery in Manchester, NH.
