NEW BEDFORD -- Clarice E. (Goodfellow) Greaves, age 99 years, of New Bedford, died Friday January 5, 2007 at the New Bedford Jewish Convalscent Home after a long illness. She was the wife of the late John Greaves.
Born in New Bedford, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Marjorie (Crossley) Goodfellow and lived in this community all of her life.
She is survived by her son, Dr. Alan R. Greaves of Dartmouth; her daughter, Marjorie Yeomans of Florida; nine grandchildren, Bruce A Greaves and wife Barbara of Ohio, Kenneth W. Greaves and wife Mary Ann of Stoneham, Peter R. Greaves of New Bedford, Donna L. Weaver and husband John of Calif., David J. Dreher and wife Sarah of Vermont, Lori A. Dreher of Westborough, Janet L. Hart and husband Stephen of Westborough, Paul S. Dreher and wife Heather of Lynnfield, Joanne B. Bushnell and husband Andrew of New Hampshire; and sixteen great-grandchildren. Grandmother of the late Richard W. Dreher.
Her private funeral arrangements are with the Wilson Chapel, 479 County St., New Bedford with burial in Acushnet Cemetery.
