DUDLEY – Stasia T. Wojtas, 90, formerly of Joshua Place, died Saturday, January 6, in Lanessa Extended Care Facility.
She leaves 3 sisters, Julie Hajec and Sylvia Seney, both of Dudley, and Joan Gilley of Webster; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Anthony and Vincent Wojtas, and by 2 sisters, Albina Bellisle and Mary Ruest.
She was born in Webster, a daughter of Frank and Elenora (Borkowski) Wojtas, and lived in Webster and Dudley all her life.
She worked as a mender at B & W Footwear Company in Webster for many years before she retired. She was a member of St. Andrew Bobola Church.
The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM Tuesday, January 16, in St. Andrew Bobola Church, 54 West Main St. Burial will be in St. Joseph Garden of Peace, Webster. There are no calling hours. Sitkowski & Malboeuf Funeral Home, 340 School St., Webster, is directing funeral arrangements.
