Lexington, MA – Jeannette B. (Dube) Riches, 88, died Wednesday January 3, 2007 at the Pine Knoll Nursing Center.
Born and educated in Lawrence, Ma, Mrs. Riches had formerly been employed as a sales clerk with Russem’s Clothing Store on Essex Street in Lawrence.
Prior to their closing Jeannette attended St. Anne’s Church of Lawrence and upon its closing became a communicant of Sacred Heart Church in South Lawrence until its closing.
She was a member of the Catholic Daughters, a very talented seamstress who enjoyed the comfort of her loving family.
A longtime resident of Lawrence, Jeannette was the widow of William Riches, and is survived by two daughters Jeannine M. Beauvais & husband E. Guy of Agawam, MA, and Suzanne M. Riches of Lexington. Survivors include sisters & brothers: Cecile Gaudes of North Andover, Theresa Boie, of Methuen, Clairina Currier of Lawrence, Helen Desfosses of Derry, NH, Gerard Dube of Dracut, MA, Armand Dube of Kansas, Richard Dube of Salem, NH, Marcelle Devine of Salem, NH, Robert Dube of Florida, one grandson Brandon Beauvais & wife Gina of Newton, MA, and many nieces and nephews.
Jeannette was predeceased by brothers ; Arthur Dube, Leo Dube, Roland Dube, and Ludger Dube.
A funeral mass will take place on Saturday morning at 10:30 A.M. at St. Robert Bellarmine Church in West Andover with burial to follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery Andover.
Friends may call on Friday from 4-8 P.M. at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, Inc. 233 Lawrence Street in Methuen.
