Pauline (Silva) Rose, 73, of New Bedford died Monday, January 1, 2007, unexpectedly at St. Luke's Hospital.
She was the wife of the late Joseph "Jo-Jo" Rose.
Born in Taunton, the daughter of the late John Burgo and Mary Silva, she lived in New Bedford for most of her life.
She was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Assumption Church.
Mrs. Rose was formerly employed as a supervisor at the Acushnet Company until her retirement. She later worked as a cashier at Douglas Wine and Spirits.
Survivors include two sons, Dennis J. Rose, and his wife Polly, and Peter J. Rose, and his wife Lois, all of New Bedford; four grandchildren, Raayna, Shiona, Joseph, and Dennis J. Rose, Jr.; and nieces and nephews.
