BEVERLY F. (BALLANTYNE) LAROCQUE, 66, of Quincy, formerly of Hingham, died on Friday, Dec. 29th at the Quincy Medical Center after a long illness. Mrs. LaRocque was born in Weymouth where she was raised and educated. She lived in Hingham for over 30 years before moving to Quincy 10 years ago. For many years, she worked in food service for the Hingham Public School System. She enjoyed square dancing, sewing and long walks on Nantasket Beach.
She leaves her husband, Donald F. LaRocque of Quincy and her children; Debra J. Read of Hingham, Donald F. LaRocque, Jr. of Alton, NH, April R. Bailey of Raynham and the late Glen Alan LaRocque. She was the grandmother of Adam Read and Sarah Read both of Hingham, and Breanna Bailey and Brendan Bailey both of Raynham.
The funeral services and interment are to be private. Visiting hours and flowers omitted by family request.
