Garry Dale Smith age 58, of Greensboro, AL died in an automobile accident near Tuscaloosa, AL on Friday, December 29, 2006. Garry was born in Bruce, MS to Clifton E. and Lalah Inman Smith. He attended Water Valley High School and the University Of Mississippi. Garry worked as an accountant for Four Point Sheraton in Tuscaloosa, AL and was a Mason and a Baptist.
The family will receive friends at Seven Oaks Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 3, 2007 from 10:00 AM until the funeral service in Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks at 11:00 AM. Reverend Ronnie Crenshaw will officiate and interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Water Valley, MS.
Garry is survived by his wife Sheila Riley Smith of Greensboro, AL; parents Clifton E. and Lalah Inman Smith of Water Valley, MS; sister Lowedia (Robert) Doolin of Water Valley, MS; brother Larry (Jo ) Smith of Water Valley, MS; nieces Lara ( Billy ) Sossaman of Batesville, MS and Melissa Smith of Water Valley, MS; great-niece Addison Sossman of Batesville, MS; nephew Chris (Lora) Riley of Water Valley, MS; brother-in-laws Steve (Shirley) Riley of Water Valley, MS and Mike (Susan) Riley of Mobile, AL ; sister-in-law Dana Riley (Dennis) Berislavich of Sacramento, CA.
