CHELMSFORD—Walter Liebrock, 91 a resident of Chelmsford, died Tuesday morning, October 8th, at the Town and Country Nursing Center, in Lowell. He was the husband of Cecelia M. (Godby) Liebrock, of Chelmsford, who survives him.
He was born in Bloomfield, NJ, on December 6, 1910, a son of the late John and Edith (Sandrue) Liebrock, and was educated in New Jersey Schools.
During World War II, he served in the United States Navy. For many years, he was employed as an assistant office manager, for the H.J. Heinz Company. He retired in 1973. Mr. Liebrock and his wife moved here in April of 1998, from Pompton Plains, NJ, and made his home in Chelmsford.
Surviving him besides his wife are two sons and daughters-in-law: John W. and Noreen Liebrock, of Pittsburgh, PA; and David L. and Lynn Liebrock, of Westwood; two daughters and sons-in-law: Mary and Frederick Slegel, of York, PA; and Ann and Paul Gleason, of Chelmsford; also fifteen grandchildren.
He was the brother of the late John Liebrock.
It being his wishes, services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
