Trudel Luise (Pietsch) Dulevskis, of Stoughton, formerly of Jamaica Plain and West Germany, passed away on Tuesday December 26, 2006 at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. She was 85 years old. She was the beloved wife of the late John Dulevskis.
Born March 21, 1921 in Tubingen, West Germany, she was the cherished daughter of the late Heinrich and Marie Luise (Losch) Pietsch.
She was also educated in Tubingen, West Germany and had received her degree in Accounting and Business.
Mrs. Dulevskis was employed as a Professional Seamstress for Anton’s Cleaners in Stoughton for 35 years. She was a member and attended the Latvian-Lutheran Church in Jamaica Plain. She was also a member of the Ladies German Club, Deutsches Altenheim Foundation in West Roxbury, MA.
She enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting, gardening and gourmet cooking. She was considered a “Domestic Diva.”
Her survivors include her two daughters, Gita Dulevskis Owens of West Palm Beach, Florida, Sabine Dulevskis of Stoughton, her son Ulrich Dulevskis of Milford, and her step-son Gunars Dulevskis of Latvia. She is also survived by her 2 grandchildren, Melissa Mondello and her husband Greg of Lake Worth, Florida, Justin Owens of West Palm Beach, Florida, and her great grandson Zac Anthony Mondello, also of Lake Worth, Florida. She was also a sister to the late Rudi Pietsch.
Her funeral service will be held on Friday December 29, 2006 at 7:00 P.M. in the Sheehan Funeral Home, 115 Monk Street, Stoughton. Visiting hours will be held prior to the service from 5-7 P.M. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend. Her interment will be private.
