Florence G. “Flo” Gentile, 83 of Medford died Tuesday after a long illness in the Massachusetts General Hospital Boston, MA.
Born in Brookline, she was the daughter of the late Anna (Solomini) and Ceaser Donnaruma. Florence was a Cashier, at the former Mystic Bakery in Medford Square for several years and retired in 1986.
Beloved wife of Carmen Gentile. Devoted mother of Dona Georgitis of West Newbury, and Janis Popkin of Chelmsford. Loving grandmother of Michael, David, Kristina, Tracy, Sarah, Bill, Mary, and Sam. Sister of Louise Hale of Somerville, June Santoro of Hampstead, NH.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Saturday at 12:30 pm followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St., Medford, at 1 PM.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Saturday 10:30-12:30 PM.
Interment will be private.
